At Sound Hound Records, what you see is exactly what you get. We don’t use stock images or generic placeholders. Every photo on our site is taken in-house and features the actual record you will receive, ensuring full transparency on condition, pressing, and presentation before you buy. Each record is hand cleaned, carefully inspected and consistently graded using our Vinyl Grading Guide, so you can shop with confidence.

Packaging Standards

Each record is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. We use high-quality rigid record mailers to prevent any damage during transit. Prior to shipping, records are housed in brand new protective inner and outer sleeves with the record shipped outside of the jacket to help prevent seam splits and preserve cover condition.

Shipping Protection

All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. We monitor shipments where possible and take care to ensure every package is securely processed from dispatch to delivery. All goods are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt of your order.
